A friend of mine has been a regular customer of this shop for about 5 years. He recently brought one of his vehicles in for a repair and supplied some parts to use. After his most recent service he noticed that some of the parts he had supplied were not applied to his vehicle. When he confronted the mechanic who did the work the mechanic was evasive and tried to brush the customer off. He then had to go to the owners of the shop to rectify the situation and get the parts back that the mechanic never applied to the vehicle. After 5 years of loyalty to this shop my friend will not be back and would like to warn people that the mechanic is not as trust worthy as he originally believed.

Went here last week for the first time.
My tire had a slow leak and I was in a bit of a panic as I had to get my son to a job interview.
Very nice guys had me in an out very quick and very fair price .

Well my tire was flat and it wasn’t filling up when I stopped to put air in the tire. I decided to give SPD TIRES. & AUTO REPAIR. The mechanic was really nice. He checked the tire and advised their was nothing wrong with the tire. They pumped it up and checked it and found no holes, or leaks.

The owner even though nothing was wrong with the tire decided to charge full price for a repair that did not happen.

This was my first experience at this location and was totally disappointed. I can see a few bucks but full price for something that didn’t happen. I would have been more apt to return if a change was less or non existent but to charge full price for no repairs?!

Ripped off here. I visited this workshop a couple of time. Mazda 3 was showing some problems with steering control. First your son drove for 30 minutes, asked me to $60, then you ,Father, drove. for 30 minutes or more then added $60 .
Total charge was $120 for finding nothing, and I was charged twice why?
Do you maintain records? I don’t think so , a hand written receipt was given to me.
